There seems to be an abundance of so called “Estimators” plaguing our industry. Don’t get fooled into paying for what you thought was an estimator, when in fact it is an overseas company that employs engineers that have no field electrical experience, anywhere, let alone our codes and compliances in the United States. Do your research, contact them, ask questions, and don’t be fooled by inexperience. You don’t need a spreadsheet of counts; you need a competitive estimate that will still be profitable for you.
